Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1⁄4 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 3⁄4 cup of rolled oats

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175°C).
    1. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
    1. In a small bowl: mix together peanut butter, banana, olive oil, and egg until you get a dough.
    1. In a large bowl: add flour and oats, and then the dough from the small bowl – knead everything up!
    1. Grab a chopping board, add some flour and roll the dough until it gets a 1/4 inch thickness.
    1. Time to have fun: use your bone-shaped cookie cutter and then put the cookies in a baking sheet.
    1. Bake them in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are lightly browned and fairly hard. In the middle of this process, turn the baking sheet upside down.
